There are a lot of infomercials on televisions that sell and advertise
real estate lesson materials. The script or pitch is really enticing: Have financial freedom for 90 days! Buy this kit now! Earn hard cold cash in just three months...etcetera... etcetera. But do they work and are they really effective?
I know a friend of mine who bought this real estate course material for 300 bucks. He spent a week studying the ideas, techniques, and strategies suggested by the guru. After a week, he went out to make money by buying and then selling real estates. But to his dismay, it's about four months now and he still hasn't got a good deal.
Though it is good to instruct or educate yourself regarding real estate lessons, one consideration before buying real estate training and lesson materials is the reliability of the person or what we called the
certified "guru" who made or authored the program. Is he currently active in real property business? You need to first conduct background investigation to find out if he's lessons are all theoretical or pragmatic. Besides, you do not need to buy such materials because most of them are available in the internet. So don't be enticed with such suspicious sales pitch. Remember, getting rich through real estate can never be done overnight. Study and research.
