I like living in the state of California. This state is an ideal place for families and everybody else, for that matter. California has one of the finest weather conditions in the whole world, I think. It's sunny, but the wind is just perfect for long-day strolls. But, sadly, the housing in California has dropped by 10% just this year. Many families who would want to relocate in sunny California would have to wait for good housing opportunities.
A non-profit housing research center in California has announced that
new homes, condominium units and large-scale apartments have taken over the lots and vacant areas in this sunny state. But, through all this the housing production still cannot put up with the housing demands. Basically, the
California housing production has dropped. Thus, this makes the existing houses more expensive for renting and even for buying.
Well, for those who already own a house in California, you're in great luck. Owning a house in this state is a pretty darn
good lifetime investment. Because a good house in the California state is so hard to find, consider the increased price range.
