E-bay supports three formats when having your property advertised. You can have it posted as auction, as fixed price selling property or have it listed in the traditional format. If you plan to put up a property ad, you must fill in all the details (number of rooms, property type, etc.) and pay for the appropriate fee. E-bay usually charges an average of $150 for both auction and non-auction per month. Time share fees are much lower.
